Debbie is the Owner of Office Evolution Portugal, where she helps entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses while leading the brand’s international expansion. With a strong background in franchise ownership in the U.S. and a decade of corporate experience at Maersk Shipping—including time spent living in Denmark—Debbie brings a unique blend of business acumen and global perspective. Her passion for supporting business owners led her to Portugal, a country she fell in love with during a 2023 scouting trip. She officially relocated to Lisbon in March 2024 and is now focused on building a thriving network of Office Evolution franchisees across the country.
